Rules Article 1: General
1a-Involvement at the European Coaching and well-being organized by Boosteam Strasbourg France is subject to the acceptance of these rules.
1b-Locations and Times: The Fair will take place at Salle de la Bourse de Strasbourg, Place du Marechal de Lattre 67000 Strasbourg Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 10am to 20pm
Timetable Exhibitors
The arrival of exhibitors must be the same day between 8:00 and 9:30. Wherever possible and subject to approval by the City of Strasbourg, it will be possible for exhibitors to install yesterday.
Article 2: Registration - Admission - Location
2a-Only complete applications for entry and sent before the deadline will be considered. A file is considered complete if it contains:

Rule 3: Stand 3a-
Any particular arrangement of a stand must be flame retardant treated and meet the standard M1.Tout electrical appliance or lighting must comply with the regulations and include a ground connection. If you fail to comply may result in immediate closure of the stand by the security services, without compensation or refund. Any damage to the stand will be charged at replacement value (or use tape to stick your posters patafix)
3b-The exhibitor agrees to exhibit only products, services or equipment in accordance with French regulations or European except where necessary, it is clearly indicated by a sign, not their approval. It carries full responsibility towards others, the responsibility of the organizers will in no way be bound by their own actions
3c-The exhibitor undertakes not to express or expose for sale objects with racist or inciting racial hatred under penalty of immediate expulsion from the event without prejudice to recourse to the organizer.
3d-organizer remind exhibitors that the sale of so-called "pirates" and counterfeiting is strictly forbidden in France under various articles on Intellectual Property specifying the possible penalties for both dealers and buyers. The organizer assumes no liability for seizure of such products within the confines of the event
Section 4: Installation & Dismantling:
4a) assembly and disassembly times: see section 1b.
Stands must be installed before the passage of the safety committee no later than 30 minutes before opening to the public.
4b) Dismantling: Exhibitors will not dismantle their booth before the event the show closes to the public. All stands must be removed from 18h and 20h later to
Article 5: Insurance
5a-Authority's of the exhibition is insured Liability "Organizer" Organizer does is not responsible for theft, breakage, breakage, fire and water damage throughout the duration of the event (mounting, dismounting, while opening to the public).
5b) The exhibitor undertakes to insure for the damage it could cause to others and for theft, breakage, breaking objects and materials he presents.
Article 6: Lounge access
6a) Confirmation of a lease with ID are welcome to attend the exhibitors upon arrival.
6b) badges will be provided with stand. Badges are nominative and strictly personal. Inputs / outputs of the badges will be controlled.
6c) No additional badge will be issued during the exhibition.
Article 7: Reporting
7a) Exhibitors permit, without charge, the organizers if they wish to make photographs or films representing themselves and their products on display, and use freely these images in France and abroad, and indefinitely.
7b) Catalog - Program of the event: the organizer has the exclusive right to writing, publishing and distribution, with or without the program of the event. The information required for the preparation of the catalog will be provided by exhibitors on their responsibility.
Article 9: Respect for Law No. 91-32 of January 10, 1991
Under this law called "Loi Evin", it is forbidden to smoke in all areas of the trading room
Article 10: 10a-
Cancellation In case of force majeure requiring closure of the Salle de la Bourse in Strasbourg, the contract will be automatically terminated without compensation. Monies available, after payment of expenses incurred are distributed among the exhibitors in proportion to the amounts paid by each.
10b-In case of withdrawal, absence, or fail to occupy the booth for any reason, no refund will be made under the lease (Booth, services ...), even if the relocation to another exhibitor.
Article 11: Contention and place of jurisdiction
In case of dispute or complaint as only the Courts in Strasbourg will be competent. They take decisions under French law, the French text of this Regulation authentic. Each party agrees to use all remedies available to him before amicable any action.
